  22. A healthy Apple is, IMHO, almost necessary for the Amiga's survival:

  24.   * The more machines using PPCs, the better.  The PPC needs a
  25.     significant installed base to enable enough development to remain
  26.     competitive.  The more machines the more practical this will be.

  28.   * No one architecture can go head-to-head with the clone world for
  29.     long.  Not even Apple (and they know it).  The only chance is for
  30.     Apple, BeBox, Amiga, and whoever else comes along to leverage
  31.     development costs for common pieces.
